The breakfast had a variety of options to choose from and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were polite and helpful, making it easy to find our way around the city and giving us tips on where to go. The location of the hotel was great, and we were able to walk to many of the local attractions.
The hotel parking was very tight and we had trouble finding a parking spot, which was frustrating. The restaurant wasn't open very late and the food was just okay, so we ended up going out to eat at other places.

From the organic cosmetics in the bathroom to the windows overlooking the restaurant, it was clear that they thought about the little things that make a stay enjoyable. The location of this hotel was perfect for me. It was just a short walk from the downtown area, making it convenient to explore the city. Plus, being close to my work location was definitely a bonus. The staff at this hotel were exceptional. From the friendly receptionist who spoke multiple languages to the efficient and friendly ladies running the breakfast, everyone went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The welcoming atmosphere made me feel right at home. The breakfast provided at this hotel was fantastic. The huge assortment of options, including fresh scrambled eggs and a variety of breads, cold cuts, fruits, and cereals, ensured that there was something to please everyone. This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the value for money was exceptional. The room was not only impeccably clean and comfortable, but also thoughtfully designed. I especially loved the organic cosmetics provided in the bathroom, which added a luxurious touch. The staff were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city center and other attractions. And let's not forget the breakfast, which was simply outstanding. I particularly enjoyed the attention to detail, such as the wide range of fresh and high-quality food options, including a delicious assortment of prosciutto and salmon. The coffee and juice choices were also top-notch. I can confidently say that I've had some of the best breakfasts of my life at this hotel.
No complaints whatsoever!

Staffs are professional and informative. I left my pocket with money on the room table. The room was cleaned but my money was all there. Capucchino & cake are the most appreciated at my every breakfast.
No free internet.

Hotel with a good Italian restaurant. It is not located in the best part of Nurnberg but it is relatively close to the exhibition center and it has a parking facility.
Euro 7,50 for the parking place is not a good thing and you have to pay for the wireless internet as well. Hotel has no luxury, it is old fashioned

We loved the hotel's cozy and clean rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful, even providing printed materials and packing a breakfast-to-go for us. The breakfast was tasty, with made-to-order eggs and options for those with dietary restrictions.
All was good.

Staff very friendly, rooms comfortable, breakfast very good but unfortunately during weekdays one should hurry up a bit, because at 9:30 it's finished! Not so on weekends when you may enjoy it until 10:30. The Italian restaurant is nice and cosy, and my son and I had a lovely meal there. . Public transport is easlily reached by a short walk - no difficulty to get to the old town and the shopping area etc.
The hotel has no lift and stairs to climb which might be a bit difficult for elderly persons with a health problem.
